WHAT MAKES OUR DELIVERY SERVICE SO GOOD?
1) IN DRIVEWAY DELIVERY CONFIRMATION: We ask our drivers to do something extraordinary. Once your delivery arrives at its location our drivers do the unthinkable; they actually call you. We call it "In driveway delivery confirmation", and we are the only florist in Columbus that provides this service. That’s right our drivers will call you from the driveway to let you know that your gift has arrived safely to its destination. The driver can tell you what time your gift was delivered or who it was left with, a service FedEx doesn’t even offer. Not everyone will receive a call at major holidays due to the high demands put on our personnel during those times. Of course we will need a working phone number for this service to work.
2) NON-SPILL TRAVEL BOX: A Flowerama Columbus exclusive. Transporting flowers is a lot like trying to transport an upside down bowling pin, only the bowling pin is filled with water and is made of glass so if it falls over, it breaks. If you have ever tried to take flowers home in your car you know what we are talking about. You have to drive with one hand on the steering wheel and the other on the flower arrangement. Half way home with both hands occupied the important call you have been waiting for all day will come in. We custom designed our non-spill travel box so that the average person, under normal driving conditions, can get their flowers home without the flowers falling over; and keep both hands on the steering wheel. Our box is twice the size of a normal delivery box and stands tall enough to protect the flowers from banging against your car seat during transportation. You can’t get this box anywhere else in Columbus and it is free with most flower deliveries. This box is so good we delivery your arrangement in it; we figure it should not be any harder for you to get your gift home then it was to have it delivered.
3) E-MAIL CONFIRMATION: We offer e-mail confirmation of your delivery. When our driver returns from his deliveries we will send you an e-mail letting you know that your delivery has been made. This service requires that you provide us with an accurate e-mail address.
4) SUNDAY DELIVERY TO FUNERAL HOMES: Most traditional flower shops aren’t even open on Sunday. Not only are we open on Sunday we deliver to all the funeral homes in our delivery area. We believe the best way to insure your flowers arrive as fresh as possible is to deliver them on the day they are needed. If you order sympathy flowers from any other flower shop your flowers may sit out over night.
5) FROM OUR DOOR TO YOURS: Our delivery drivers actually deliver your gift from our door to yours. Seems obvious doesn’t it. Well it’s not. Many flower shops in Columbus are in a “Delivery Pool”. This means that the flower shops “pool” or share their resources, specifically their delivery drivers and delivery vehicles. They meet every day at a specific location at a specific time then they exchange deliveries with each other. The responsibility of actually delivering your important flowers may get passed on to a competing flower shop. This saves them time and money; however the flowershop you ordered from has no idea how, when or who delivered your gift. The other problem is your gift gets handed from one van to another van; the more your gift gets handled the greater the chance it has of getting damaged. Unless, of course, they have our Flowerama exclusive Non-spill travel box, which they don't. As delicate as flowers are, do you really want to take that chance? We will never pass the responsibility of delivering your flowers to one of our competitors.

LOCAL DELIVERY
We deliver fresh flowers, roses, planters and occasion flowers to the entire Columbus Metropolitan area and all of Franklin County. When ordering on line we charge a flat fee of $9.95 for each delivery in our local delivery area.
In compliance with state and federal tax laws, sales tax will be added to your order where applicable.
Please make sure that your order information is accurate and complete in order to avoid delivery delays.
NON LOCAL DELIVERY
You may contact us directly to place an order out of our delivery area. The prices may be higher. There is a $40.00 minimum and a $6.00 wire charge. Please consult one of our associates for pricing by calling 1-614-256-6646.
Please review our zip code list to determine if your delivery is local. If your recipient is not on our zip code list than it will be considered a non-local delivery.
The pricing found on our products page does not apply to non-local deliveries. In other words the pricing will be higher for similar items delivered out of our local delivery area.
Delivery times and dates are limited on non-local deliveries.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We will not be able to process international orders on-line. We would be happy to process the orders over the phone, by calling 1-614-256-6646. There are additional fees associated with wire orders. In addition, you will want to place your order at least 3 days in advance of when you would like it sent. There are no weekend deliveries.
TO CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER
Dial 614-256-6646 to check the status of an order. Please wait at least one hour, after placing an order on line, before contacting us to allow sufficient time for the information to be processed.

DELIVERY TIMES
With wire orders we will do our very best to get your order out the same day you order it. Of course the later in the day that the order is placed, the more difficult it is for us to deliver your gift on the same day. Alternatively, you may call your order in at 614-256-6646 and they can tell you when our next available delivery time is.
DELIVERY AVAILABLE ON SUNDAYS TO ALL FUNERAL HOMES IN OUR DELIVERY AREA.
We will do everything possible to get your order out in a timely fashion. However, we are unable to guarantee a time of delivery. We reserve the right to use the full business day to deliver your order (9 a.m. To 5 p.m.). Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery.
If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace.
We cannot guarantee deliveries during peak floral delivery periods including Christmas, Easter, Sweetest day, Thanksgiving, and Mothers Day.
Valentines Day is extremely sensitive. Product availability and delivery times are very limited. As a result we recommend placing your order by calling 614-256-6646 3 days prior to and the 4 days after February 14.
Funeral orders are our highest priorities and we will make every accommodation to make the showing times. If you have placed your order too late, we can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product prices and delivery charges for the week of floral holidays may vary.
The containers and arrangements may vary in size and appearance. If a particular flower or container is not available, an item of similar quality and value will be substituted. This will be dependent on availability and design interpretation.
DELIVERY POLICY
If the recipient is not home when a delivery is attempted, we will do one of the following:
Leave a note on the recipient’s door asking the recipient to call the shop and arrange a time for re-delivery.
Call the recipient to make arrangements for re-delivery.
Leave the arrangement, if it is in a covered area and weather permits.
If we can not make the delivery, we will contact you.
